Client Questionnaire

Congratulations, you're on your way to having your estate plan completed!

If possible, try to complete this questionnaire before your Design Meeting with the attorney so that they can review your responses and prepare any necessary follow-up questions.

During the meeting, the attorney will also be happy to discuss your estate plan more thoroughly and answer any questions you may have.

Additionally, here is a link to a series of short videos from our firm, which walk you through the relevant documents that may be a part of your estate plan: Estate Planning Mini-Course.

Reviewing these short videos prior to your Design Meeting will help you prepare for the conversation.
